iPod update and Kitten Stats

Now that things have settled out, I can mention that one of the delivery guys who brought our new washer and dryer a couple weeks ago decided that he'd help himself to my 3 generation 20GB iPod. They were unsupervised for a few minutes and that's all it took. Jon posted about it here on his blog.

In other, happier, news, Doofus had an appointment with the vet last night to get his second set of booster shots and his rabies vaccination. The vet cooed over him for a bit (he is a pretty kitteh) and gave him a quick physical. He checked out just fine. He's 4 months old now and weighs a whopping 6 lbs already: he's going to be another Goober sized cat once he's finished growing! I think my mom's cat Minnie was at most six pounds ... when soaking wet! Doofus isn't overweight or anything though; the vet pronounced him well proportioned - he's just going to be big!

Doofus goes back to the vet around mid March for neutering and micro-chipping.

Oh, almost forgot ... The washer and dryer both work like a dream! I've done a number of loads at different settings and they work like a charm. *yay* me!
